1. JOB SUMMARY

To provide financial administrative support to Independent Financial Advisers and the Client Support Manager in delivering whole of market financial planning advice and implementation.  Provides support and activities as required across the company and specifically in the area of new business and workplace pensions.

Products supplied by the Company include mortgages, investments, pensions, protection, Auto Enrolment, Wills and trusts.

2. KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
 
Dealing with routine correspondence including contact with clients, their advisers and product providers both by postal  correspondence, fax, e-mail and telephone

  • Diarise and follow up new business and fees/commissions through pipeline, and matching unallocated fees/commissions
  • Assist other admin members with the preparation for client reviews and assist with follow up
  • Check and Issue policy documentation including downloading online documentation
  •  Assist the CSM and IFA in attending to remedial tasks after case review
  •  Assisting with the AJ bell quarterly cash checks
  •  Complete activities diarized in IO and ensure tasks remain up to date
  •  Updating and maintaining customer databases
  •  Requesting/generating mortgage and protection illustrations
  •  Adherence to all Company policies and procedures
  •  Submit new business for mortgage and protection for processing, including the preparation of suitability letters/reports for approval by the IFA and completion of standard IO tasks
  •  Assist with ongoing servicing requests from clients in relation to investment and pension business
  •  Auto enrolment – processing the paperwork and setting up the scheme.  Assist the IFA with ongoing servicing
  •  Any other relevant duties as required
