After graduating from the University of Liverpool in 2002, I started work as a mortgage and protection adviser for a firm based in Liverpool, passing my mortgage exams whilst in this role.
After a year in my first job, I went to work for a mortgage and protection firm based in Lymm. I continued taking my professional qualifications to enable me to become a financial adviser.
I spent seven years with this employer, spending some of this time working with the compliance consultancy arm of the business.
In 2010 I set up my own firm, Redwood Independent Financial Planning. I built up my client bank from scratch, before merging with Parsonage in November 2015.
I still work with some clients from my very first role, and enjoy building long term financial planning relationships with all my clients.

Sitting in a sunny cricket ground, watching a game with a nice cold beer!
