Death in Service
Many, if not all staff will have families or loved ones they support, debts or other financial pressures. Providing them with life insurance puts in place a safety net and guarantees they have some protection if the worst happens. Often a multiple of salary or a fixed sum, this benefit is generally appreciated by employees, and in our experience, costs less than the perceived benefit. It is a great starting point for employers looking to introduce a benefits package for their staff.
Group Critical Illness
As with Death In Service, this benefit can prove invaluable to the family and loved ones of workers facing a diagnosis of a critical illness. Whether it funds specialist treatments, home adjustments, or pays the bills when someone can’t work, it can be life changing for those going through the mill.
Sick Pay / Income Protection
If a staff member is unable to work for a prolonged period, it will be really detrimental for them and their families. Group sick pay looks to put in place some support to try and ease this situation and help them whilst on their journey back to work.
Group Private Medical Insurance
Although we all value and appreciate the NHS, there can often be long wait times to get the treatment required. Providing your staff with private medical cover can expedite their recovery, helping them and potentially reducing the time away from work.
